Terms of Use

Agreement

These Terms of Use apply to rocktech.solutions, rocktech.ai and learn.rocktech.ai (the "sites"), which are run by RockTech Solutions, LLC ("RockTech", "we", "us"). By using the sites, creating an account or buying a course, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the sites.

Who can use the sites

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy a course.

Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up, including a phone number we can reach you on for course support.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account is for one person. Do not share your sign-in with anyone else.
• Tell us at support@rocktech.solutions if you think someone else has used your account.

Using the sites and courses

You may use the sites and your courses for your own learning. A company may buy courses for its staff; each person who takes a course uses their own account.

You agree not to:

• copy, resell, share, record, publish or give away course videos, lessons, downloads or other course materials;
• share your account or let others take a course through it;
• try to get around the sites' security, bot checks or payment steps;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the sites or copy their content;
• post in the community, or upload assignments or other files, that are illegal, harmful or infringe someone else's rights;
• use the sites in any way that breaks the law.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. If we do, course access is removed and no refund is given.

Who owns the content

The courses, lessons, downloads and other content on the sites belong to RockTech Solutions, LLC or the people who licensed them to us. Buying a course gives you a personal right to use it; it does not give you ownership of it.

Course access

• When you buy a course, you get access to it through your account on learn.rocktech.ai.
• Your access lasts one year from the date of purchase.
• Before you buy, you can open a free preview lesson to see what the course is like. Opening a free preview lesson does not count as opening the course.
• We may update course content over time. If we retire a course, you keep access to it until your one-year access period ends.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown on learn.rocktech.ai in US dollars. At checkout you may see the price converted to your local currency.
• Checkout is hosted by Thinkific and payments are processed by Stripe. RockTech does not collect your card details.
• Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

Refunds

You can get a refund within 7 days of purchase, but only if you have not opened any lesson in the course (free preview lessons do not count); the moment you open any lesson in the course other than a free preview lesson, or once 7 days have passed since purchase, whichever comes first, the purchase can no longer be refunded.

What this means in practice:

• Use the free preview lesson to decide whether the course is right for you. Opening a free preview lesson, before or after you buy, does not affect your refund. The 7 days are counted from the date of purchase.
• We check your lesson progress on learn.rocktech.ai to confirm whether a lesson has been opened.
• To ask for a refund, email support@rocktech.solutions within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
• Before you pay, checkout shows these terms and asks you to tick a box accepting them.

Free resources and emails

When you download a free resource, you will receive a series of 6 emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Links to other sites and affiliate links

The sites link to other services, including Cal.com, LinkedIn, Runable, Magica and Lovable. We do not control those services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave our sites. Some links are affiliate links. RockTech Solutions may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Consultations

Free consultations are booked through Cal.com.

Paid services

Paid services and consulting are governed by the separate agreement for each engagement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

No guarantees

We work hard to make our courses useful and accurate, but they are for education only. We do not promise any specific result from taking a course. The sites are provided "as is", and we do not promise they will always be available or free of errors.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, RockTech is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from using the sites or courses, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the course the claim is about. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Maryland consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Changes apply to purchases made after the new effective date.
